Personality Modes
CommanderMaxx can adjust tone and enforcement style to fit your culture while keeping the mission uncompromising.
Modes change how CommanderMaxx speaks in briefs and flags – not the underlying discipline.
- Mission Commander: Direct, mission-focused, balanced firmness.
- Drill Sergeant: Hard-edge reminders, zero tolerance for drift.
- Quiet Assassin: Minimal chatter; surfaces only high-signal flags.
- Tactical Advisor: Suggests options, highlights tradeoffs.
- Einstein Mode: Calm, strategic, pattern-focused commentary.
Enforcement Policies
Define what CommanderMaxx can do on its own vs. what always requires human approval.
- Lead / account escalations must be approved by a human before notifying executive channels.
- Priority resets may be proposed automatically but not applied until owner approval.
- CommanderMaxx may create tasks and Teams messages without approval (within defined scopes).
- Deletion of data or permanent status changes are always disallowed for the Looper.
Integrations
CommanderMaxx sits in the middle of your stack, reading signals and dispatching corrections.
- ThinkMaxx: Provides intent evaluation, scoring and long-term intelligence.
- Vault: Stores logs, metrics and loop history for audits and analysis.
- GAB (Action Bus): Routes approved commands through configured tool and permission boundaries.
- Microsoft Graph: Connects Outlook Tasks, Email and Calendar for daily enforcement.
- Teams Webhooks: Sends alerts and briefings directly to your channels.
- GhostGrid Status API: Monitors health of other Loopers and consoles to ensure the grid itself doesn’t drift.
